barbell

I was asked to make a cake for a man that was really into working out. This one kind of stumped me. So all I could come up with was a barbell. I think it came out okay!

treasure chest

This cake was made for a pirate themed birthday party. The entire chest is made of cake. I "filled" the cake with candy and placed graham cracker crumbs around the bottom to resemble sand.

girls night out

This cake is perfect for a girls night out or bachelorette party. It would also be a fun cake for a 21st birthday!

X-Box

Cake made to resemble an X-Box. Everything is edible. This was only my third cake. I have learned a lot since and still have a lot to learn!

bridal shower dress cake

This bridal shower cake is one of my favorites. You can pick the colors of the "bridesmaid dresses" to coordinate with the colors you have chosen for your wedding. Names from everyone in the bridal party are placed on each dress to give it that personal touch!

cupcake bouquets

I have also found a neat way to display cupcakes.......in a bouquet! Only available in the cooler months! (the icing tends to "slide" off the bottom cupcakes due to our humidity issue).

first zebra print

My second cake is special because my grandmother was terminal ill in the hospital and for 6 days my mother never left her side. Being that one of those days was my mom's birthday and the whole family was in town, I didn't want her to always remember it like that so I ran home for a few hours and "threw" this cake together. This was also my first attempt at the zebra print and now I like to say that these are my signature cakes!!
